The tutorial services include the direct support of a qualified language tutor live online.You will have your own teacher for Albanian language course.

What do I need to study?
You will need a broadband Internet connection. Lessons will not be possible with dial-up connections unfortunately. No software program needed just a good quality headset microphone which is needed to be audio connected with your teacher via www.skype.com, MSN, or yahoo messenger.

How often do students take lessons?
To get the most out of your lessons, we recommend that you take one lesson per week. However, we do give you the flexibility of learning at your own pace, so it is completely up to you how many lessons you would like to take each month. Most students take 4 lessons per month, but some take only 2 and others take 8 lessons per month. You always have the option to change the frequency of your lessons as you go along.

Which language level can I take?
Before starting the course you will be given a Free Entry Exam (oral) to asses your level of Albanian.

How is a language course structured?
The course is divided in lessons.In these lessons you'll learn the main grammar points of the language while practicing all language skills (listen, speak, read, and write) with the help of your tutor.

How long do I have to take lessons?
The length of lessons really depends on your specific goals, how often you are able to practice, and how often you take lessons. Typically, serious students take lessons on and off for their entire lives.

Can I pay with credit card, personal check or money order?
Yes you can. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover,eCheck) paying online via paypal.com and for money order, western union or personal check please ask your teacher for details.

Am I required to take a certain number of lessons each month?
We recommend that you take one lesson per week or a minimum 2 lessons per month. However, we do give you the flexibility of learning at your own pace, so it is completely up to you how many lessons you would like to take each month.

Do you offer any booking discount?
With our quarterly booking program, you book 12 lessons up front, and get your 13th lesson for free. Over the course of the year that amounts to one full month of free lessons!

Can I change the day, time, or duration of my lesson?
Yes, you can change the details of your lessons anytime. Please contact your teacher and advise him/her of your changes. Be sure that you give them at least a 6-hour notice prior to the lesson you want changed to ensure communicated to all parties.

What is your cancellation policy?
With our standard monthly booking program, there is absolutely no long-term commitment. We have a simple "no-hassle" cancellation policy. You can cancel your next month's lessons by giving us a written notice at least 15 days before the end of the current month.
Lessons are purchased on monthly terms. That means that if you cancel during a month you will not be refunded for lessons during that month. No refunds are given for lessons already paid for. However you can use any unused lessons for up to 12 weeks after your last scheduled lesson.
Example: If you are taking lessons in May but do not want to continue in June, you must let us know by May 15. This will ensure you are not billed for lessons in June. You would not get a refund for lessons that are occurring between May 16 and 31.

What if I'm going to be away for some of my lessons? Will I still be charged?
At I.A.LC, you have very flexible booking options, so you are only charged for the lessons you are planning on taking each month. If you plan on going on vacation, you can simply add the dates you are unavailable to your vacation calendar, and we will automatically not schedule or bill you for those lessons. That way you are in full control over how many lessons you take each month.

How far in advance do I need to schedule for my first free lesson?
We require a minimum of 6 hours prior to the first free lesson in order for the instructor to be able to be online accordingly.
